🔧 What You’ll Do
🔹 Develop and optimize embedded firmware for IoT devices (Embedded C/C++, RTOS)
🔹 Design, prototype, and test hardware-software integration
🔹 Implement communication protocols (Wi-Fi, MQTT, BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, etc.)
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, cloud, mobile)
🔹 Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tech and industry trends

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
2+ years experience in embedded systems or IoT development
Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, ESP32, etc.)
Experience with sensors, PCB debugging, and low-level driver development
Passion for problem-solving, experimentation, and innovation

Job Title: Business Development Officer – Medical Equipment (Dealer Network Management)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Industry: Medical Equipment Manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in dealer network management (preferably in medical devices)
Languages: Fluent English & Hindi

Job Description:
We are a leading & Innovative medical equipment manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand and manage our dealer network across India.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors across various regions.
    • Develop strong relationships with existing and new dealers to drive business growth.
    • Ensure dealer performance, sales targets, and business expansion in assigned territories.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide training and support to dealers on product offerings and sales strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and after-sales service.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in dealer network management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare products.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi is a must. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
Travel: Willingness to travel across India for dealer visits and market expansion.
