OxyTrack is a Wi-Fi enabled oxygen monitoring system designed to provide hospitals with real-time visibility of their oxygen cylinder supply. It continuously monitors cylinder bank pressure, estimated oxygen quantity, outlet pressure, oxygen purity and flow, while recording consumption data for analysis and reporting.
With remote access through mobile, PC or laptop, hospital teams can monitor oxygen status and receive alerts without being physically present near the cylinder manifold.
Features (Basic Configuration)
Monitor 2 or 3 oxygen cylinder banks with pressure measurement from 0–200 bar (0–3000 PSI).
Track oxygen consumption continuously with historical data for the last hour, 24 hours, week and month.
Track the estimated oxygen quantity remaining in each cylinder bank in litres, helping staff understand available oxygen supply.
Monitor oxygen purity from 0–100% for continuous visibility of oxygen quality.
Monitor oxygen flow with selectable ranges of 0–100, 0–200 or 0–500 LPM.
Monitor oxygen outlet pressure from 0–100 PSI (0–7 bar) in real time.
Access live oxygen data and alarms remotely through mobile, PC or laptop using Wi-Fi connectivity.
Automatically record oxygen monitoring data minute-by-minute through the hospital Wi-Fi network.
Set user-adjustable high and low alarm limits for cylinder bank and outlet pressure.
Generate hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports for oxygen pressure and consumption.
